It conveys the idea that everyone has a "next step" in their journey, and this center exists to help people from every walk of life identify and achieve it.Additionally, The Next Step Center reflects the core mission of Rise Up Lynchburg: to foster continuous development and create a supportive environment for individuals to rise above current challenges and reach their goals. The name implies that this is not just a resource center but a place where people are encouraged and equipped to move forward with purpose and confidence. 

We Chose Lynchburg because we recognize the unique needs of our community and see incredible potential here. This city is filled with resilient individuals and families who are ready to grow, overcome, and achieve. By Establishing "The NEXT STEP Center" in Downtown Lynchburg We are investing in the Talent, ambition, and strength of our own neighbors. We know that Lynchburg deserves A Place Where People Feel Uplifted, Where Everyone can Access the tools and encouragement to build better futures. 

"The NEXT STEP Center" is designed not just for individuals but as a resource that strengthens our entire community including our local businesses and organizations. "The NEXT STEP Center" will help create avenues for collaboration by offering co-hosted workshops, guest speaker events and resources. with other local businesses and organizations that share mission, vision, purpose, or core values of Rise Up+ Lynchburg!
